CAN I CHANGE ALL THE WORDING ON THE COVER?
Yes, all the wording on the front covers can be changed, please leave all the details of the wording you require in the personalisation box when placing your order.
CAN I CHANGE THE INSIDE PAGE LAYOUTS?
I offer a wide range of layouts, hopefully covering all options. If there is a layout you require but it is not listed, please message me so I can consider it for future updates/designs.
ARE YOUR NOTEBOOKS HARDBACKED?
No, all my notebooks have soft covers.
They have front and back flexible covers to help product when handling.
DO YOU SELL 1 DAY TO A PAGE DIARIES?
No, my largest layout is 2 days to a page.
I use 120gsm paper in all my notebooks. This is thicker than most standard shop brought diaries.
Due to the thickness of the paper/diary, I do not offer this size.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?
All items are handmade to order, nothing is ready to post out off the shelf.
I try to process standard orders within 48 hours. If faster postage is purchased at checkout, these orders are prioritised, I try to process these orders within 24 hours.
Please note I work solely by myself, I always try to dispatch as soon as possible, at busy times the dispatch time may be a little longer.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to all items being custom made to order, they cannot be returned for a refund.
If there is an error with your order, due to myself, then a return / replacement is offered.
WHAT POSTAL SERVICE IS USED?
Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail TRACKED 48. You have an option to upgrade at checkout to Royal Mails TRACKED 24 service if you would like faster delivery.
CAN I HAVE ANY COVER DESIGN ON ANY TYPE OF LAYOUT?
Yes, if the design is not available in your choice of book -
Please order the type of book you would like, in the size/options required. Then when leaving the personalisation details, leave a note to print the cover design to the one you like. I will make the change for you.
